Keep your sound processor dry with these new accessories
With the new Cochlear™ Nucleus® Aqua+, you are free to enjoy all kinds of sports. It’s airtight which means you need to use rechargeable batteries since regular zinc air batteries require air to operate. The Cochlear™ Nucleus® Mic Lock-Stirrup holds the Aqua+ more securely behind your ear while the Cochlear™ Nucleus® Safety Line helps prevent accidental loss of your Aqua+ by securing it to your clothing with a snap-lock clip.
Now that you know you can enjoy sports without the worry of damaging or losing your sound processor, why not enter one of the exciting cycle races or even a water based event:
Gears for Ears
The annual Gears for Ears mountain bike race raises funds for people with hearing disabilities. The event takes place in KZN on 25 October 2015, allowing active lifestyles to give back in more ways than one!
The Cape Epic
