It is your responsibility to ensure that the products purchased/ordered is fit for the purpose of intended use. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the necessary instructions provided to ensure safe use and product satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us to arrange returning the items in an unused and resalable condition within ten (10) business days. If the delivered goods do not satisfy the particular purpose for which the goods have been purchased then the customer must notify Southern ENT thereof within ten (10) business days after delivery, failing which it will be deemed that the goods satisfy your requirements.
We will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment
